Off the bat, we will cover your entire structural build for safety and functionality, beginning with your Roof, Walls, Attic space, and Electrical systems.
Your HVAC, Plumbing, Garage, and even your sprinkler system will be included.
Additionally to structure, our ‘standard’ package will include your full WDI/Termite inspection along with thermal imagery and complete foundation measurements as well!
While not included on a standard inspection, we offer additional services to cover the entire scope or your property’s needs.
These include: sewer scoping, septic systems, pools, spas and hot tubs, detached garages, and even radon testing!
